The only part of the market intelligence activities at FoxATM that I don't like is the secrecy that surrounds it. I understand why this is needed. After all, nobody wants their competitors to know what they are working on, which calls for tenders they reply to, and so on. Obviously, all the work we do with our partners is covered by solid NDAs and I won't say a word about it. But this does not prevent us from celebrating now and then, very discreetly.
We've been offering market intelligence services for five years now and there have been some really cool moments along the way. We've identified some calls for tenders for our partners that they went on to win. We've initiated some alliances between remote and unlikely partners that led to unexpected success. I'm most proud of these instances. Knowing that a few months after organising an introduction meeting between two companies, which would never get in touch without FoxATM's intervention, they ended up winning a major contract together is an amazing feeling.
Whether we are part of a consortium, just providing a helping hand during the tender phase, or simply identifying the opportunity, knowing that we help our partners to win projects is a great achievement. Thinking of the opportunities created, of the problems solved, of the value added is so rewarding. So, even if we have to celebrate behind the scenes, the successes are not less real. Creating chances for companies, especially smaller ones, is a great thing to do.
