Weekly Review #263 - How to get the pulse of the ATM market

The contents of your communication materials matter. But the timing of it is just as important. After all, nobody wants their carefully crafted content to go out when nobody is listening, or when there is so much noise out there that it gets lost.

At FoxATM, we have two tools that help us understand the pulse of the ATM market. We scan news and press releases from ANSPs and the industry every day and we have been doing so for close to five years. The amount of information we capture varies day by day, week by week and month by month. But this approach allows us to identify patterns, periods of calm, and also the high-seasons of communication.

Understanding and measuring when information gets published is only one side of the medal, however. One could assume that more news gets shared when more people are listening, but there is more to consider. For example, at FoxATM, we send our weekly reviews by email to our subscribers. In turn, we get out of office replies from subscribers across the industry, which gives us a really clear idea about vacations, public holidays, and other habits in various countries. This helps us know when more or less people are available, ready to be delighted by your well prepared communications...

If you need help with understanding the pulse of the industry or your communications in general, don't hesitate to reach out and let us discuss!
